1. Save up to 80% on All-Clad’s best-selling cookware
Calling all cooking enthusiasts! Though May 31, All-Clad’s annual VIP Factory Seconds Sale is going on, meaning you can shop its coveted cookware at actually affordable prices, which is not something that happens very frequently. Whether you’re in the market for a stainless steel frying pan, a new set of mixing bowls or a fancy pressure cooker, you can find hundreds of popular All-Clad items to add to your kitchen for up to 80% off.
There is a tiny catch—these products are discounted because they are “factory seconds,” so they may have small scratches on them or come in damaged packaging. Performance-wise, however, they’ll still function perfectly. If you need help shopping this sale, we’ve also compiled a list of the top All-Clad products on sale, with price drops you have to see to believe.
2. Save $60: Our favorite stand mixer
If you’re looking to join in on the quarantine baking craze, KitchenAid’s popular stand mixer is one machine you’ll want to have on your countertop. It makes tasks like kneading dough and mixing batter quite simple, a.k.a it’ll cut your baking prep time in half. If you don’t own one, pick up the KitchenAid Classic Plus Series 4.5-quart model in White and Silver for just $219.99 on KitchenAid.
This model usually retails for $279.99, so this deal will save you $60 in total. We chose the brand’s 5-quart Artisan model ($379.99) as the best stand mixer for its ability to expertly blend ingredients as well as its diverse set of attachments, which are both easy to clean and use. The 4.5-quart model is much the same, albeit with a smaller bowl and a lower power wattage (275 watts versus 325), and can whip up batter for six dozen cookies in a single batch.
3. $43 off: Our favorite cookware set
Cuisinart has a long-standing reputation as being one of the most dependable kitchen companies around, so it should come as no surprise that the brand makes the best set of cookware we’ve ever tried. Our tester found that the pots and pans from the brand’s Multiclad Pro Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set offer long-lasting performance and have a high-quality triple-ply construction, which ensures even heat conductivity, along with an anodized aluminum core, so they’re lightweight and easier to maneuver. Right now, you can get it for just $196.97 at Zulily, which is an amazing deal, as it was originally priced at $300, and usually goes for $239.99.
4.20% off: These chef-approved meat thermometers
Grilling season is practically here, and if you want to ensure your steaks and burgers are cooked to perfection, then boy, do we have the sale for you. ThermoWorks—a.k.a. the brand behind our top-tested meat thermometers—is offering 20% off any thermometer of your choosing (excluding the new Wand Forehead thermometer). All you need to do is add your favorite to your cart to see the savings, no code required.
Our top pick, the Thermopop ($27.20, usually $34) takes all the guesswork out of grilling, giving you super-precise temperature readings in a matter of seconds. We also love the Thermapen Mk4 ($79.20, usually $99), which would have been our top pick had it not been for the high price tag, as it can read temperatures in a record 2 seconds and has other helpful features, like a backlight and a 360-degree auto-rotating display. Other standouts are the ChefAlarm ($51.20, usually $64) and the Dot ($34.40, normally $43)—two of our favorite probe thermometers, which are designed for things like smoking meat, oven-roasting and deep-frying, but can still be used for grilling and baking.
5. Save $40: This pressure cooker that can also air-fry
I’m just going to say it: Pressure cookers are hands down one of best investments you can make when it comes to worthwhile additions to your kitchen. They combine multiple appliances in one, allowing you to cook rice, make chilis and soups, steam vegetables and more in a fraction of the time it would normally take. The much buzzed-about Ninja Foodi not only has all the features of a pressure cooker like the Instant Pot, it can also air-fry foods as well. That means you’ll be able to make fries, chicken and other meals without all the greasy oil, which is why it was voted our “best upgrade pick” when we tested the best pressure cookers.
While the 6.5-quart version usually retails for $200, right now it’s down to just $159.99 at BJ’s. Of course, you’ll have to be a BJ’s member to access this deal but it’s super easy to sign up for a membership online for just $55 per year. So if you’ve been considering adding an Instant Pot and an air fryer to your countertop, why not get the best of both worlds in one fell swoop?
6. Save $60: One of the best nonstick cookware sets
Many chefs prefer cooking with nonstick pots and pans to their stainless-steel counterparts, as they are said to be both easier to use and clean. When we put nonstick cookware to the test, we certainly found that some brands lived up to this reputation better than others. This Circulon set was one of our favorites due to its built-in ridges that kept food from sticking, and its comfortable, padded handles. While the Symmetry 11-piece set usually goes for $259.99, right now, you can snag it for just $199.99 on the Circulon site— a $60 price drop in total.
7. Under $15: One of our favorite French presses
Since making a daily Starbucks run is pretty much off the table right now, you may be looking for a way to brew yourself a barista-level cup of joe right from the comfort of your own kitchen. A French press is one easy solution, and we particularly like this one from Bodum.
It has a solid ranking on our list of the best French presses, as it produced a smooth, aromatic cup of coffee and was intuitively designed. The one downside is that there’s no cover in front of the pouring spout, so your coffee will cool down faster, but that shouldn’t be a problem if you’re making it for the family or are just a caffeine-addict yourself. Right now, you can get both the 12 oz. size and the 34 oz. size for super low prices at Bodum—just $12.99 and $15.99, when they usually retail for $15 and $20, respectively.
8. $5 off: This cult-favorite egg cooker
Many of you have probably seen or at least heard of the Dash Rapid Egg Cooker. As one of Amazon’s best-selling kitchen gadgets, it has a near-perfect 4.5-star rating out of almost 25,000 reviews. The masses are completely obsessed with the Dash for taking the stress out of their morning breakfast routines, just as we were when we tested it. If you too want to own this easy, convenient device that’ll change your breakfast game, you can get the standard Dash cooker for a really low price at Kohl’s.
This insanely-popular cooker is on sale for just $14.99 in four colors—white, aqua, red and black, which makes for a sweet $5 in savings. Between its great low price and how easy it’ll make prepping breakfast in record time, we think this deal is pretty egg-ceptional.
