Middle-Fork

This fellow lives near Bristow Prairie.

This is the view from the trailhead. That's the south side of Steeple
Rock perched on the clearcut.
The first time I went there, I had
to search out the trailhead. I went the next year, and it had been reconstructed. The start of the trail was rerouted, and there is a trailhead sign. This doug fir lives about a quarter mile from the road, on the east side of the trail. Here's a picture from a couple years later.
