Thank you very much, these pictures mean a lot to me.
This is in an area just west of Waldo Lake, in Oregon, and I feel great joy when I am there. Most of the time it is inaccessible to me - snow in the winter and mosquitoes in the summer. In 2005 the rain and snow pattern was such that I was able to get up there in the springtime, usually the mosquitoes seem to pop up as the snow melts, that time there was a window of opportunity.
