Oh this one is great, you put this "fish" or it was before u shot the photo ?

Thanks, I like this one a lot but I wasn't sure anyone else would. The stick was there, it's hard to see in this image, but its head is settled down just a bit into the mud. There was another stick that I removed, you can see the line in the mud where it was. All the little dots are footprints.
Thanks re the clearcuts - they're a longtime project now. I've been wandering around the Middle Fork Willamette drainage for a couple decades, and so have some from years ago, but I've only recently become methodical about taking the same shot year after year. They really make for a stunning design element.
