Nice shot veg. What post-processing did you perform on this image?
But the noise in the image I'm assuming the ISO was set fairly high? There are a couple noise reduction programs that have profiles for most common DSLR's that are very effective at removing sensor noise from photographs taken at high ISO values and because they are profiled for each camera they work very well. I can think of two such programs - Noise Ninja and NeatImage. I use NeatImage. It works very well and is very cheap. Both I believe can work as standalone programs and Photoshop plugins.
Nice set of recent photos!

Here's some the data from the shot:
55mm, 1/60, F19, 400 ASA, middle spot focus, sRGB, and I used the flash. Partly cloudy 8AM.
In photoshop, I cropped it, and used unsharp mask w/ 108%, 2.6 pixels, 0 threshold levels.
I took three pictures, one worthless, and two with a slightly different focal zone. This one lost the closest tip in return for getting more details in the wtaer droplets. The unsharp tool worked very well on the lower right triple of budlets.
And thanks! The last two and next two were taken during a 5 minute tour of the yard before rushing off to work, what fun!
