Early Morning Iris

This is the same iris as the 8 May picture, taken the next morning. The 8 May picture was in the late afternoon sunlight, just before the hedge blocked it out. Later the stalk was busted and I brought the flower in and set it in a jar of water.
I have some more pictures of it, but its stalkmate bloomed most perfectly, so delightfully small. It is the Dark Iris picture at Far Cartouche.
