Thanks! This picture has really be growing on me. It's an unnamed falls on a tributary to Indian Creek which flows into the Middle Fork Willamette south of Oakridge, Oregon. There are no trails - the roads are old logging roads.
Beaver Creek is about 15 miles up the river close to the crestline. Every year I try to get up there after the snow and before the mosquitoes. The window is small, so I make a lot of trips. I discovered Beaver Creek one day after being turned around by snow. It's a great little stream.
