Rain, Rain Ridge, and Diamond Peak

Thursday, February 8th, 2007

This is a view of Diamond Peak from somewhere on Bunchgrass Ridge. Someone, an admin of the group, is using it as an illustration of Rain Ridge, which is *Under construction*, and looks to be a roleplaying forum.

I’m building a 36 Views of Diamond Peak, and an inordinate number of them are from Bunchgrass Ridge. There’s a trail that runs along it from the west end of Oakridge to Waldo Lake. The Disciples of Dirt have done a lot of work with this trail.

Thanks Unknown Person!

Kirsten, Mercury Dissolved! and the Tongue that can Reveal Many Problems

Wednesday, February 7th, 2007

This is a rarity, and I can’t see it. There have been very few to no hotlinks to Far Cartouche. This collage ended up around town on bulletin boards and in the post as mail art. I was just deciding to start working completely w/ black and white so as not to be intoxicated by colors that don’t xerox well.

Kristen is using this in her profile. …really makes me wonder, maybe I should ask for an invite. She’s a Colts fan here in Oregon somewhere.

Well, Thanks, Kirsten! I’d like to see it, but it’s cool I’m sure.

Sam and Sarah and the Goldenrod Spider Supping

Sunday, February 4th, 2007

Sam has left a comment on Sarah’s MySpace page that is built around this picture. It’s a first for this picture, and I like it a lot. I took a few thousand spider pictures in my backyard a couple summers ago.

Thanks Sam!
